Call forwarding is a phone management feature that redirects incoming calls to an alternate number. It is commonly used to forward calls from an office phone to a user’s cell or home phone, or a colleague’s number. 

Call Forwarding Always reroutes all incoming calls to any destination you choose.

To forward all incoming calls to another number:

  1. From the main dashboard, locate the Calling Features panel. Find Call Forward Always and click on the toggle button, the Call Forwarding Always window will appear.

  1. In the General Settings section, check the Is Active checkbox to activate this feature.
  2. Optionally, you can enable a Ring Reminder. If enabled, a brief tone will play on your desktop phone when a call has been forwarded.  To enable, check the Is Ring Splash Active checkbox.

  1. Enter a valid 10-digit phone number or extension that the incoming calls will be forwarded to.
  2. Click Save.

To disable Call Forwarding Always, click on the toggle button again. This will deactivate this feature and incoming calls will return to normal.
