Call forwarding is a phone management feature that redirects incoming calls to an alternate number. It is commonly used to forward calls from an office phone to a user’s cell or home phone, or a colleague’s number.
Call Forwarding Always reroutes all incoming calls to any destination you choose.

To forward all incoming calls to another number:
- From the main dashboard, locate the Calling Features panel. Find Call Forward Always and click on the toggle button, the Call Forwarding Always window will appear.
- In the General Settings section, check the Is Active checkbox to activate this feature.
- Optionally, you can enable a Ring Reminder. If enabled, a brief tone will play on your desktop phone when a call has been forwarded. To enable, check the Is Ring Splash Active checkbox.
- Enter a valid 10-digit phone number or extension that the incoming calls will be forwarded to.
- Click Save.
To disable Call Forwarding Always, click on the toggle button again. This will deactivate this feature and incoming calls will return to normal.
